Interests:
When I am not working and need some relaxation, I am either at the gym or I am on a plane to some fun destination. I love to travel! Especially if it is near the mountains or water. I also spend a good majority of my time serving on the Auxiliary Board of The Fresh Start Women's Foundation in Phoenix. I have served on this board for the last 4 years. The Jewell McFarland Lewis Fresh Start Women’s Resource Center, which opened in October, 2002 is the first and only comprehensive, self-help center for women in the country. The Center is designed for women ages 18 years or older who are seeking information, resources and assistance in their quest for emotional and financial independence. There are no qualifying criteria to be met before women can obtain assistance at the center. To learn more about this organization please visit www.wehelpwomen.org. I also spend my time volunteering my public relations skills to other charities and fundraisers throughout the Valley.
Education:
I attended Washington State University in Pullman, Washington where I attended the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. I also attended the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain where I majored in Spanish.
