Interests:
I have a passion for art and love to share it with others. This helps keep my communication and observation skills sharp and focused.
I have given more than 12 years of community service to the Phoenix Art Museum. As a Master Docent, I teach adults and children at the Museum and throughout the Valley at outreach programs. I research, write and deliver original presentations to retirement homes, Va facilities, senior centers and schools. I love to mentor students and conduct formal evaluations of colleagues' performances. Most recently, I have participated as a team member in conjunction with Banner Alzheimer's Institute and the Maricopa Partnership for Arts and Culture.
I also teach elementary school children to draw and am affiliated with the Young Rembrandt Program. I help children develop their focus, fine motor coordination, analytical, and perceptual skills.
