Greetings! I'm Laura, a proud Scottsdale native and currently serve as the Operations Manager, Associate Broker, and Financial Director at Arizona Best Real Estate. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, my entire journey has been with Arizona Best Real Estate since 2003.

Growing up in the vibrant city of Scottsdale, Arizona, I developed a deep appreciation for real estate and finance within our dynamic local market.
My role at Arizona Best Real Estate seamlessly blends my passion for real estate with a meticulous approach to finance and operations management. As an Associate Broker, I have represented our company in numerous transactions, utilizing my negotiation skills and industry knowledge to secure the best outcomes for our agents. In my capacity as a Financial Director, I've dedicated myself to ensuring our company's financial stability by driving strategic initiatives that enhance growth and profitability.

Yet, it's in my role as Operations Manager that I truly get to express my passion for people. Creating an efficient, effective, and positive work environment and nurturing a team culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and success brings me immense satisfaction.

Outside of the office, I'm an enthusiastic traveler, a nature lover, and an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Exploring new territories, whether by foot or on three wheels, ignites my adventurous spirit and often inspires fresh perspectives in my professional work. The diverse cultures and landscapes I encounter during my travels, along with the thrill of conquering open roads on my motorcycle, enrich my understanding of real estate and finance, allowing me to better serve our agents and clients.
