My name is Geoff Tanham and I have more than 35 years of successful sales, sales management, executive management, marketing and business consulting experience spanning the globe. During this time, I have lived on three different continents and 8 states, always owning Real Estate in each location. This has allowed me the experience of learning about relocation, different Real Estate markets, contracting, and negotiations that provides incremental value to my clients on a daily basis. Purchasing or selling a home is an adventure that can be fun and exciting, or challenging.
One thing I have learned above all else is to listen to my clients to understand what their priorities are, how they wish to work with me and how to have a partnership for success with them. Therefore, my goal as a Realtor is to make our time together fun, make the processes easy to understand and execute your plan in a seamless manner for absolute success.

First and foremost, I am different from any other realtor, because I have written a book based on my decades of successful experiences called: “Selling Is Everything: What’s In It For Me”, which demonstrates how I approach selling and negotiation to close transactions. This experience sets me apart from all other realtors and provides my clients value in all we do together. I know how to sell and negotiate in all environments with all kinds of different people and personalities, to everyone’s mutual delight.
