    Real estate is relationships. If people naturally like and trust you it is a perfect full or part time career.
    Once you learn how to list and sell residential real estate you will have a full or part time income source for life.

    The real estate business is relationships, you become a relationship expert helping your friends and acquaintances from their first home though their move-up homes to their retirement homes.

    The National Association of Realtors shows that the typical full time agent participates in 12 home transfers a year, either on behalf of the seller or on behalf of the buyer. In the 2011 market, the average agent sells 6.8 homes.

    National statistics also show that a Realtor will sell one out of 10 strangers and eight out of 10 relationship clients. You get to choose the method that is best for you. 2/3’s of the clients personally know the agent or are referred to the agent. 1/3 of the clients use other sources such as newspaper ads, signs and 1/2 of that 1/3 use the internet to find an agent.

    The Marketing Method

    This is the advertising, brand name, mathematical method. As an average agent you will participate in 12 transactions, either on behalf of the seller or on behalf of the buyer. To close 12 sales, you would help 120 strangers, 108 would not buy or sell. This is real estate by marketing messages. This is the one in ten statistics on closings. This takes up an enormous amount of time and energy but it works.

    The Relationship Method

    In the real estate relationships method people would be more involved in your life style. Clients would be referred to you just like you would refer a friend to a good restaurant, to a good doctor or recommend a book or a movie. This is the eight out of ten closing statistic in which you would help 15 people, 3 of which do not buy and 12 of which would close escrow on a home which is a big savings of time and effort.

    We teach, train, focus, help you learn the real estate relationship method because you earn the same money and still have time to have a life. Work is a part of life, but it is not a life.

    Your Image

    Consumer surveys show that real estate agents as a group have a poor image. When the same consumers were asked about their specific Realtor, nine out of ten would use that Realtor again and would recommend that Realtor to friends. That’s why it is important to be well groomed, well dressed, drive a clean car and work an organized business plan. 80% of those who attempt real estate as a job fail within 2 years because they do not treat it as a long term, professional, relationship business.

    Your Money

    12 sides of home transactions in our market will produce between $72,000.00 to $720,000.00 of revenue. If the sphere of people who like and trust you live in large homes in prestigious neighborhoods your income will be closer to the top level, if the sphere of people who like and trust you live in apartments or are first time buyers your income will be at the lower end.
