Five Reasons a Property Sells
Location is the single greatest factor affecting the value of a home. Buyers consider the community and amenities-schools, employment opportunities, churches, dining, shopping, distance from work and proximity to freeway access to name a few. They also consider the properties location to busy roads, airports, commercial structures etc.
Pricing your property for the current market is critical to attracting buyers. Your property and price must be compelling. Most agents will show your home within three weeks after it is listed for sale. If it’s priced higher than the competitive listings, your property may not be shown. After your property has been on the market for several weeks or months, interest in it will decrease if it is not priced properly. It becomes the game of price or patience.
The appearance and condition of your property will attract or discourage buyers. Be sure your property looks fresh, uncluttered and inviting from the curb, because that is the point at which many buyers decide whether or not to view the property on the inside.
A variety of terms will attract a large number of buyers.

• Knowledge based on on-going education and experience
• Familiarity with the changing market conditions
• Service that is based on listening skills, communication style and responsiveness to your

• Reputation of both the real estate agent and company
